Engaging children’s hearts and minds through prayer opportunities, active learning, and compelling videos, God’s Gift leads children to a life of faith and discipleship.
Our God's Gift Intermediate: Reconciliation and Eucharist program is for children in the 4th grade and up. The resource book includes prayer, Scripture, and interactive activities to help older children to receive the Sacraments.

OUR "GOD'S GIFT" INTERMEDIATE SACRAMENTAL PREPARATION PROGRAM IS FOR CHILDREN IN THE
4TH GRADE AND UP WHO NEED TO MAKE THEIR 1ST HOLY COMMUNION
2223 Parents have the first responsibility for the education of their children. They bear witness to this responsibility first by creating a home where tenderness, forgiveness, respect, fidelity, and disinterested service are the rule. The home is well suited for education in the virtues. This requires an apprenticeship in self-denial, sound judgment, and self-mastery - the preconditions of all true freedom. Parents should teach their children to subordinate the "material and instinctual dimensions to interior and spiritual ones." Parents have a grave responsibility to give good example to their children. By knowing how to acknowledge their own failings to their children, parents will be better able to guide and correct them:
The objective of our program is to equip and support the parent(s) in their roles as the primary catechist to their children. Each registered student will receive a Finding God workbook to complete with each lesson and access to "Wanderlight™: A Pilgrim’s Adventure that provides a safe and healthy space for children to explore their faith and learn more about the Catholic church. The expectation is that we will help teach you and you will your child(ren). Families participating in this program are expected to:

God's Gift offers parents and families important resources used for your home study with your children. It's important to set time aside each week to work together as a family and attend Mass on a weekly basis. Family faith formation takes place within the broader context of the parish faith community and sacramental preparation requires a commitment to community involvement and service to others.
