Ministry to the Sick Forms to be completed by all Ministers to the Sick
GriefShare is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Over 13 weeks, you’ll find relief and comfort as you learn what to expect in the days ahead and how to navigate your personal grief process. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way.
Monday's at 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Beginning August 5
Health Ministry
St. Matthew’s Health Ministry promotes whole-person health by empowering individuals to share their knowledge and experience with others. The Catholic church has a solid foundation and rich tradition in serving others, especially in time of need. As a ministry we seek to provide information, resources, and spiritual support. Opportunities to help include being part of the newly formed phone ministry, that will serve by calling to check in with parishioners. All are welcome!
We encourage current ministers to the sick and those who wish to learn more about this ministry to join us.
Ministers to the sick bring the healing power of Jesus, in the Sacrament of the Eucharist to the homebound. Please prayerfully consider becoming a minister to the sick.
Our Parish Health Ministry meets every third Wednesday of the Month following the morning Mass.
